Much of Janice Warren's art work is based on birds. Trees and other nature-based themes appear as romantic and exaggerated images, some in incredible detail, with bark or feathers sharply delineated. The image of a starling in flight on the home page is a good example of some of Jan's looser and more sketched images.

More than a dozen prints are currently available for sale, framed and unframed. Each print is a hand-numbered limited edition giclee, some with only 3 in a series and none more than 15. Giclee printing is a super-archival ink jet reproduction process. Each original is scanned at the maximum resolution and then output to a specialty printer using high quality artist papers. A few works are available as inexpensive non-numbered prints or one-of-a-kind hand colored prints and there are a number of pastel drawings in iridescent and metallic pastels and inks only available as single pieces, not in reproduction of any kind.
